I got my start in radio back in my college days at Waynesburg College, south of Pittsburgh and then at WVU while in Graduate School. It was this station that led to my first radio job in 1991, at the Pittsburgh rocker WDVE, as a part timer doing the overnights on the weekends. Once I moved to Pittsburgh I was able to devote more time to the radio job and eventually landed a full time gig at then start up alternative station The X. I moved on from here in 1996 to Dayton, OH, and the Edge, a recently new alternative station for the full time 7- Midnight show. Life took a turn, as it can, and I got out of radio though still living the similar nomadic lifestyle of a radio person. A number of years later, still feeling the pull of radio and after moving back to my home state of NY, I was able to get into K104 with a part time job in 2003. Then the next year it was on to WPDH and the overnights. This was followed, about a year or so later with the WPDH morning show along with partner, Chris Reno.
