Are you done with Thanksgiving and have moved on, but your refrigerator still has that giant pan with the gross looking turkey carcass taking up room? You don't have to throw it away, in fact that pan of scraps and bones can make a delicious healthy soup!
Here is all you'll need: carrots, celery, parsley, onion, garlic cloves, thyme, basil, oregano, salt and pepper
First you need to make your stock:
Take your left over turkey carcass and pick most of the meat from it
- cover the carcass with fresh purified water
