The Council on Addiction Prevention & Education of Dutchess County, Inc. (CAPE) will be presenting in Wappingers Falls on how you and your community can better prevent addiction and abuse of opiate painkillers and heroin.
Over the last year over 60 Dutchess County residents have lost their lives to opiate overdose, this presentation will focus on education and prevention as a means to curbing this deadly trend.
CAPE is working in conjunction with Mayor Matt Alexander, Wappingers Falls P.D., United Methodist Church, The United Village Committee, and The Community Coalition for a Drug-Free Wappingers Falls to provide an engaging and effective presentation geared toward ensuring you and your loved ones can face this epidemic prepared with the information to avoid tragedy at the hands of addiction.
