Are you a die-hard vegan or vegetarian? Maybe you are someone who just wants to try out a different diet? Then you have to check out the Second Annual Hudson Valley Vegan Food Festival.

The festival will have over 20 different vegan and vegetarian restaurants and vendors on hand. There will also be live music, yoga workshops, information sessions on wellness and nutrition along with how to live an eco-friendly plant-based lifestyle. For the kiddies the festival will have vegan themed games in its kids' fitness corner. The overall goal of the event is to promote health and wellness.

Festivities kick off Saturday August 12th at 1 p.m. and run until 7 p.m. All things vegan in the Hudson Valley goes down at Delano-Hitch stadium in Newburgh. Admission is $5 for adults and kids who are under 12 years of age get free admission. For tickets and information head to HVVeganFoodFest.com
