If we could talk to the animals and they could talk back to us, what would they say?  I think most would say " I'm hungry and I'm not in the mood for salad!"  I think animals main concern is food and my co-host Kimberly thinks animals are looking for a deeper relationship.

Dr. Con Slobodchikoff was on our show to settle the dispute once and for all.  I am not sure he did, but he has a great website and his book is "Chasing Dr. Dolittle: Learning the Language of Animals".  One animal I don't think is doing much talking is the Black Mamba snake!

We talked about that with Dr. Con - Check out our fun interview:

How about some video on that Black Mamba we talked about?  This is pretty frightening.

See that snake doesn't want to chat about the World Cup Soccer!  If you want to meet some nice animals and start up a conversation, try the Bear Mountain Zoo.

Maybe animals can talk to us, but just as with people, we have to want to listen.  Don't ya love it when I get profound like that?
