1. Dancing Under the Stars with the Benny Havens Band

This weekend it isn't Dancing with the Stars it's Dancing Under the Stars. Happening at trophy point on the West Point campus is the annual Dancing Under the Stars concert presented by the West Point Band as a part of their summer concert series. Feel free to dance to your heart's Delight whether that's doing the Dougie, the Mashed Potato, the Foxtrot, the Tango or the Freestyle. 2. Slide The City

Happening: North Church Street (from the Square to Golden Hill Ave) Goshen
This ain't your backyard slip and slide. Nope, "Slide the City" is a family fun event that's main attraction is a 1000 ft water slide. Yes that's the record breaking slide. Apart from the huge slip-and-slide there will also be live music, food trucks and festive games. So, enjoy this truly once-in-a-lifetime event and see how fast you can go through the city of Goshen. 3. Jump for Jaclyn

Happening: Sunday, August 6, 8 AM - 5 PM
Do you want to kick cancer in the butt will then come check out one of the most unique fundraising activities on the Hudson Valley. Jump for Jaclyn  is a fundraiser that benefits the Friends of Jaclyn Foundation which is a non-for-profit that seeks to improve the lives for children battling pediatric cancer. The event which is in its second year will have experience skydivers take on the exhausting task of completing 25 skydives in one day to raise money for Pediatric cancer. 4. Dave Chappelle & Chris Rock

If you're looking to add a little laugh to your life then look no further than Dave Chappelle's Comedy Tour as it stops by Radio City Music Hall in NYC. Oh and did we mention he's going to have a special guest Chris Rock. There also be Trevor Noah on hand The Roots and Childish Gambino. 5. Mix At The Movies: The Dark Tower & Kidnap
Hitting the box office this weekend is Halle Berry's Kidnap. This action thriller tells the story of a mother (Barry) and her unsurmountable will to save her child by who is abducted. Also, opening theaters is The Dark Tower. The Dark Tower is a big screen adaptation of Stephen King's best-selling novel series of the same name the film stars Matthew McConaughey as the evil "Man in Black" and Idris Elba as the "Gunslinger" who's on a quest to protect the Dark Tower from mythical evil creatures.
