Every week we hear about a new way to loose weight. With all these hot, new trends in dieting it’s hard to know which one’s really work. Makes ya crazy doesn’t it?
Many people are trying “tapping” to help them drop weight. If you get a craving for some junk food, you tap certain parts of your body with two fingers. What you are trying to do is hit pressure points to stave off your urges.
I don’t know if this works. It looks kinda goofy, but so do many weight loss techniques. Don’t knock it till you’ve tapped it! Sorry, that sounded WEIRD! Let’s just get on with the tapping!
